Open Cash App on Your Phone
Download Cash App from the App Store or Google Play if you don't already have it. It's free to download and use.

Search for $CharlesDailSr
In the Cash App search bar, type $CharlesDailSr to find our account. Tap "Pay" to begin your payment.

Enter Your Rent Amount & Send
Enter your monthly rent amount, add a note with your name and address (e.g., "Jane Doe — 412 Ash St, July Rent"), then tap Pay.
Open Cash App & Pay Rent
Payment Reminders
  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month
  • A grace period applies through the 5th
  • Late fees will apply to payments received after the 5th
  • Always include your name and property address in the payment note
  • You will receive an automated reminder before your due date
